I build networks of long term dedication to a new economy, being human and cocreation and working from your passion. I call this 'coherence holding' since I bring this passion for the future and sharing in whatever circumstance you will find me and cohere content, persons and a flow of dedication towards it.
In this I have a strong technological background and a firm commons knowledge as well as deep understanding of communication, networks (as in two sided communication and deeply decentralized structures of natural contact), the digital realm of connection and knowledge as well as open forms of governance as well as teal 'management'. So I combine 'human' and 'technology' and am a bit of a digital archiver-connector / anthropologist or ethnographer.
Thusfar it brought me into several projects around the world working on:
- Next future's 'human centric web' and payment system as well as web democracy or 'WebCivics' in Australia.
- Dimensioning of thought spaces and mind panorama's on the basis of engineering the invisible connections in Berlin.
- Putting forward people and initiatives in circles in Washington, Vienna and Berlin (Zoom).
- Helping the noosphere to be mapped and being part of the social architecture building in a project temporarily based in Rotterdam. This includes unbuilding the grid and unlearning.
- Having conversations about the state of the world and what is needed in it with futurists and business people that envision something else and that dare to go beyond their own inner as well as practical boundaries and dare to question their and humanity's future.
- Listening deeply to those people that signal that something is missing, something can be altered, something is hurting or calling for attention. Setting them on their way.
So beyond Facebook and zoom you will find me physically in the world at places helping people to create their dreams in reality and bringing forward and together people, means and content.
There is a strong coaching or steering element in my work. In which I work through boundaries that may keep the dream from happening, involve myself in deep ethical questions that keep creating obstacles or sensing where or how they can be realized.
Coherence holding means that I hold the tone / setting and synergies that can be brought together in flow and are strongly connected to the topics mentioned: collaboration, sharing, coherence building in general, future technologies that can help and support, social architecture and 'peeling off' layers that keep us from being our full selves and discovering our true potential.
The topics are broad but similarly extremely targeted. The ethical questions come back in each and every project / connection and finally they can contribute to one another. Steering deeper into the future of humanity and the planet. Ethical engineering, being a soundboard, holding space for conscience and bringing forward questions and epistemological frameworks for the emergence of a new reality are in my day to day scope of actions.
