My area of work and expertise is the impact of collaborative models on the transformation of the food system, which involves research activities - articles, prospective, conferences - training, consulting and entrepreneurship.

I give trainings to federations and groups of farmers around the collaborative economy and its impact on the food system. I also participate as a speaker to various events, like "les journées de l'agriculture connectée" organized by ESA (Ecole Supérieure d'Agriculture) in Angers in December 2016.
I'm also the co-founder of Open Food France, the French chapter of the Open Food Network, open source marketplace for food hubs, and involved as a global community gardener, facilitating an agile governance design process and supporting people who want to deploy the platform where they live.
