I conduct research, teach and consult on the topic of collaboration, with an emphasis on awareness of the self and others. Be it with small teams or large communities, I apply science and philosophy -the accumulated knowledge and wisdom of humanity- to identify the right questions and explore solutions for positive impact.
In my three activities, my methodology is attentive, inclusive and participative. As much as possible, I act as a steward, facilitator and enhancer of others' contributions so that they can take ownership of their challenges and chosen solutions.
